Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Architect with a minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design, site coordination, and 3D modelling & rendering. The candidate must be proficient in design visualization software and have a solid understanding of planning, construction practices, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality 3D models, renders, and visualizations for design presentations.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and working plans.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is achieved.
• Supervise site execution and resolve design-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and specifications.
• Assist in material selection, BOQ preparation, and detailed drawings.
• Deliver projects efficiently within defined timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience (site + office).
• Proficiency in SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, V-Ray, AutoCAD, and related visualization tools.
• Strong knowledge of planning, detailing, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
