Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and creative Junior Architect to join our team at Urbanet.in. The ideal candidate will assist in the design and development of architectural projects, contributing fresh ideas and technical skills to support our mission of delivering sustainable designs. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, and presentations using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Support senior architects in all phases of project development, from conceptual design to construction documentation.
• Conduct site visits
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to the development of sustainable design solutions.
• Prepare and organize project documentation, including reports, specifications, and material schedules.
• Participate in client meetings, assisting in communicating design concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s from a recognized institution.
• 0-2 years of professional experience in architecture (internships included).
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic understanding of Indian building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Strong design sensibility with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for sustainable design and urban development.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of BIM workflows.
• Familiarity with rendering tools like V-Ray or D5.
• Basic knowledge of project management

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
