Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, models, and presentation materials using CAD and 3D modeling software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
Support the design team with research, material selection, and conceptual development.
Participate in client meetings, site visits, and design reviews.
Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is achieved.
Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
Help prepare project reports, schedules, and cost estimates.
Stay updated with current design trends, building technologies, and sustainability practices.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Architecture or currently pursuing a degree from an accredited institution.
Basic knowledge of architectural design principles and construction methods.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
