Role & responsibilities

Planning Development & Execution:

• Responsible for planning, development of layouts, working drawings, preparation of layouts for getting necessary permissions, supervising daily activities at construction sites, coordination with liaison Consultants/ government bodies, whenever required, etc.
• Preparing Set of complete drawings, work designs and layouts. File and maintain a proper record of these.
• Preparing all supporting / typical drawings for the reference of Project Managers at site to maintain the structure technically sound.
• Analyzing quantities and assisting in preparing BOQ for the items as required for Tendering, issuing quotations/Job orders.
• Periodical Reports regarding projects under progress any other report as and when required by MD.
• Responsible for Coordination and provide relevant Documents to CRM, Projects, Sales team for Smooth and timely Operations.

Operational:

• Maintain existing real estate and related processes, policies and procedures, recommending changes as needed to create best-in-class facilities and standards.
• Oversee that external relationships with preferred suppliers, brokers, architects, engineers, general contractors, sub-contractors are maintained. Interfere wherever necessary.
• Monitor projects for quality and ensure project schedules are followed for timely completion of construction on ongoing projects.
• Maintain records for drawings being issued at various construction sites.

Any other support required by the Senior Management from time to time.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of real estate architectural practices
• Proven ability to manage multiple locations/ sites simultaneously.
• Excellent vendor negotiation and contract management skills.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Proficiency in Autocad, Sketchup, , MS Office and familiarity with tools such as Photoshop, Corel Draw, 3d Max.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Graduate in Bachelors of Architecture
• 8 to 10 years of experience in Architectural Firms/ Real estate Developers
• Hands-on experience in Building Byelaws, IS codes, NBC.
• Proven experience of in house Designing of Townships, Group Housing and Villas.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexibility to travel across project sites as required.
