Key Responsibilities

Technical & Design

• Ensure technical accuracy and regulatory compliance of architectural deliverables.
  
• Review drawings, specifications, and BIM models for quality and coordination.
  
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
  
• Design and detail schemes aligned with client briefs, planning policies, and statutory guidelines.
  
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and external consultants.
  

Documentation & Process

• Strong understanding of

  RIBA Stages of Work

  .
• Review planning application and submission requirements.
  
• Verify consultant inputs for compliance and constructability.
  
• Liaise with planning authorities, contractors, and stakeholders.
  
• Leverage digital tools and workflows for time and cost efficiencies.
  

Project Administration

• Lead project setup meetings and define scope, deliverables, and workflows.
  
• Manage resourcing, cost tracking, and milestone reviews.
  
• Track project progress against timelines and budgets.
  
• Identify and communicate project risks and mitigation plans.
  
• Understand tendering processes and contract types.
  
• Define delivery strategies aligned with upcoming project stages.
  

Skills & Experience Required

Revit & BIM

• Advanced proficiency in

  Autodesk Revit

  (certification preferred).
• Ability to manage worksets, templates, standards, and project setup.
  
• Experience creating complex

  parametric Revit families

  .
• Exposure to

  4D construction workflows

  (Revit with MS Project).
• Strong experience using

  Navisworks

  for clash detection.
• Awareness of

  Dynamo

  for automation and productivity enhancement.
• Ability to coordinate Revit models with structural and environmental analysis tools.
  

Architecture, Construction & Materials

• Strong knowledge of construction materials and their applications.
  
• Good understanding of construction sequencing and building systems.
  
• Ability to propose alternative materials and design solutions.
  
• Awareness of statutory, site, and design constraints.
  
• Working knowledge of

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, Enscape

  (preferred).
• Capability to guide and train junior team members.
