Job Description

We're looking out for an Architect with 3-4 years experience in the residential/commercial domain to join us. The candidate needs to be self driven and should ace at design, drawings and communication skills. He/she must be a dynamic, creative Architect.

Responsibilities

Inception until handover: Drawings for various design stages
Creating presentations for any pitches, Client meetings
3D modeling, renders, as may be needed for Client communications
Periodic site supervision
Specification writing, BOQ calculations, bill checking
Coordination with other consultants, contractors, vendors, agencies
Reviews of drawings
Value engineering and Market research

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in architecture
3+ years of experience in architectural design
Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Microsoft office tools
Good communication and interpersonal skills
