Role Description This is a full-time role for an Architect (Residential/Commercial Architecture) located in Pune. The Architect will be responsible for designing residential and commercial spaces, creating detailed architectural drawings, presentations, reports and managing projects from concept to completion. Daily tasks include collaborating with project managers, ensuring design integrity, and working closely with other experts to ensure the seamless integration of architectural elements. Qualifications Architectural Designing, drawing and presentation skills Experience in Project Management or should be keen to learn the same Ability to work on-site in Pune Visualization and rendering skills Strong communication and teamwork skills Bachelor's degree in Architecture Experience with residential and commercial projects Proficiency in architectural design software and tools
We're looking out for an Architect with 3-4 years experience in the residential/commercial domain to join us. The candidate needs to be self driven and should ace at design, drawings and communication skills. He/she must be a dynamic, creative Architect. Responsibilities Inception until handover: Drawings for various design stages Creating presentations for any pitches, Client meetings 3D modeling, renders, as may be needed for Client communications Periodic site supervision Specification writing, BOQ calculations, bill checking Coordination with other consultants, contractors, vendors, agencies Reviews of drawings Value engineering and Market research Qualifications Bachelor's degree in architecture 3+ years of experience in architectural design Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Microsoft office tools Good communication and interpersonal skills
