Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead and manage residential projects (for professionals with 3-5 years of experience). This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram. The responsibilities include developing architectural designs, managing project stages, collaborating with project stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results. The Architect will also adhere to compliance requirements, perform quality assessments, and integrate modern construction technologies.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture, Architectural Design, and planning for residential projects
• Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to oversee multiple stages of development
• Experience with Software Development and Integration related to construction and design tools
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• A degree in Architecture or related field
• Familiarity with local regulations and approvals specific to the Gurugram/NCR region
• Professional licensure or accreditation as an architect is a plus
