Job Opportunity for Architects, Chennai India Position: Architect Openings: 4 Experience: 1– 4 years Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Ready to relocate/work on-site) Key Skills: Architectural design, client interaction, site supervision, coordination with structural teams, and proficiency in Revit, CAD, and SketchUp. Role Responsibilities: ------------------------------ 1.Design & Modeling: Create architectural designs, 3D models, and detailed drawings using Revit, CAD, and SketchUp Handle design approvals, setbacks, and modifications. 2.Site & Client Coordination: Oversee on-site execution, ensuring alignment with design plans. Direct client interactions to understand requirements and present proposals. 3.Collaboration: Coordinate with structural engineers and other stakeholders for upcoming projects. Requirements: ---------------------------- Education: Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch). Software Skills: Mandatory proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability to design challenges. Freshers with internship/project experience in architectural design are encouraged to apply.
