Project-Based Architect (Contract)

Pay: Per project, milestone-based

What you’ll do

• Create concepts, plans, elevations/facades, and interior layouts
• Prepare complete CAD drawings and details (plans/sections/RCPs/schedules)
• Produce 3D models/renders and present to clients
• Coordinate with structural/MEP; ensure codes/bye-laws compliance
• Provide design clarifications during execution/site

What you bring

• Strong in AutoCAD + SketchUp/Revit; V-Ray/Lumion/Enscape; Adobe CC
• Solid detailing, materials knowledge, and documentation accuracy
• Clear communication and on-time delivery mindset
• Portfolio with facade and interior work

Nice to have: BIM experience, municipal submissions, sustainable design exposure.

Engagement

• Scope and revision cycles agreed per project; milestone-linked payments
• All deliverables (CAD/PDF/3D) become NG Creation IP; NDA required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
