Architect

The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect with the ability to generate clear drawings using AutoCAD. You should possess comprehensive knowledge of all project completion stages and maintain effective communication with team members to ensure timely project execution. You will be responsible for creating detailed plans and drawings that accurately depict architectural designs. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing designs from initial concept to construction-ready drawings. Conducting site evaluations to uphold work quality and safety standards will be a key part of your role. Throughout the construction process, you will oversee operations and provide recommendations for improvement. Collaboration with engineering teams to define objectives, timelines, and budgets is essential. You will also engage with clients and actively contribute to meetings. Moreover, preparing basic Bill of Quantities will be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and have at least 1 year of experience in the field. Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills are required. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit is also necessary.,
