Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team in Pilerne, Goa. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and overseeing various architectural projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Design and develop architectural plans and layouts for residential and commercial projects.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, translating them into design concepts.
Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using CAD software.
Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure design integrity during construction.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and compliance with local regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
1-3 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
