Architect / Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Work on architectural and interior design concepts, design development, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare presentation drawings, design boards, and visuals for client meetings, competitions, and architectural platforms.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, site supervisors, labor teams, vendors, and allied consultants (MEP, structural, landscape, etc.).
• Provide quick, practical, and aesthetically sound design solutions during discussions and site situations.
• Adapt to new design typologies, materials, technologies, and evolving project requirements.
• Participate actively in project discussions, site visits, and design reviews.
• Support the team in preparing submissions for competitions and architectural websites.

Required Skills & Competencies

Design & Concept Skills

• Strong passion for design, detailing, and spatial thinking.
• Ability to explore, innovate, and evolve concepts with advanced design development techniques.
• Awareness of current architectural trends, materials, and contemporary design language.

Software Proficiency

• AutoCAD

  – for drafting and detailed drawings

• SketchUp

  – for 3D modeling and massing

• Lumion / Enscape / D5

  – for rendering and visualization

• Adobe Photoshop

  – for post-processing and presentation styling
• Knowledge of

  AI-based workflow tools

  (or strong willingness to learn and adapt)

Professional & Site Coordination Skills

• Experience working with site teams, contractors, and labor.
• Ability to understand construction techniques and provide feasible on-site solutions.
• Good understanding of material selection, on-site detailing, and execution.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and a willingness to learn and grow with the studio.

Experience

• 1–5 years

  of experience preferred (Freshers with exceptional portfolios will also be considered).
