Job Description

Architect / Lead - Salesforce (Data Cloud)

Location : Hyderabad

Mode: Hybrid

Lead the end-to-end architecture design and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud.
Define and optimize data architecture layers (DLO, DMO, DSO) for scalability and cost efficiency.
Establish best practices for ingestion, identity resolution, unification, calculated insights, and activation.
Analyze and optimize credit consumption, ensuring efficient use of federation, ingestion, and activation credits.
Partner with enterprise data teams (Snowflake, Databricks, MDM) to define zero-copy or accelerated data flows.
Define data governance frameworks, security, lineage, and compliance standards for the platform.
Oversee integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud, and third-party systems.
Mentor consultants and associates, develop architectural templates, and standardize reusable components.
Act as the technical authority and solution advisor for all Data Cloud programs.
