As a Design Lead, your role involves overseeing the design and coordination of projects and teams. You will collaborate with Design Managers and project teams on conceptual designs, presentations, and production. Your responsibilities also include leading design efforts, conducting client presentations, and supporting client relationships. Additionally, you will mentor junior and intermediate design staff, produce graphic presentations, and oversee the development of designs throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with consultants and resolve complex design issues with innovative solutions - Assist in managing client expectations, team communication, and consultant coordination - Produce 3D renderings and construction drawings - Participate in firm marketing, industry events, and project interviews - Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs - Collaborate with design talent across the firm to enhance overall work quality Qualifications Required: - Motivated self-starter with problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in 2D/3D software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, etc. - Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes - Strong presentation, organizational, and graphic skills - Ability to maintain and build client relationships - Experience with urban, resort, or mixed-use hospitality projects - BArch Degree holder with technical competence in building systems In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you should possess a deep understanding of urban, resort, and/or mixed-use hospitality projects. Your ability to plan ahead, anticipate project needs, and maintain project objectives will be crucial for successful project execution. Strong follow-through on agenda items and project issues is essential to achieve a high level of design quality.,
