**REMOTE AND NIGHT SHIFT- SHOULD BE ABLE TO WORK FROM 6.30 PM TO 3.30 AM IST**

The position we’re trying to hire for has the following responsibilities:

1. Send KMM open positions to Technical Recruiters. Help Technical Recruiters come up with good candidates by steering them in the right direction with some notes:
2. Example 1: The title may say Full Stack Developer, but the JD reflects a strong UI developer or a strong back-end developer with AWS stack etc. Direct the team to focus on the right skillset.
3. Example 2: Title may say “Process Engineer”, but the JD reflects an SRE role or a DevOps Engineer role
4. Example 3: Title may say “Business Analyst”, but JD reflects an Agile Product Owner with certification
5. Review submitted resumes (by technical recruiters) and shortlist 1-3 resumes to be submitted to Client based on tech skills, soft skills and salary/rate information.
6. Involves identifying and eliminating fake resumes (inexperienced junior folks but the resume reflects between 4-10 years of made-up experience).
7. Picking up the phone or thru Teams Meetings conducting 15–30-minute interviews and identifying the correct candidates for a specific open position. OR
8. Direct the team to setup Glider.ai or AIHR Screen tech checks
9. Submit right candidates to Clients thru the online portals (Beeline, Fieldglass etc.).
10. Interface with Clients (Intake calls, communication with Client Managers for Interviews etc.).
11. Facilitate Interviews, Hiring, Background Check process and Onboarding and in some cases Offboarding.
12. Follow KMM’s process with Ceipal.

Hiring Criteria:

• Graduated from good schools (Engineering or Computer Science - preferably University Colleges or NITs or IITs)
• 15-25 years of experience - solid IT background starting from a Developer role
• Good tenure with each employer in their career track
• Prefer experiences with reputed Indian IT companies or Multinationals
• Technically savvy with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work with KMM between (3pm – 12 midnight India time) and in some cases ability to attend Client arranged Intake calls (during USA afternoon times) OR work USA 9am-6pm US EST time
• Someone who wants to do this work (instead of someone trying to go back to an Architect or PM role)

Salary will include base salary and bonus based on performance.
