Roles & Responsibilties
1. Finalized Concept to be signed off and Concept Presentation2. Feasibility study for new project proposal and forwarding to BD.3. Tender drawing receipt from Architect and consultants4. Kick-off meeting with Architect and consultants5. Material selection and finalization with GM.6. Reducing Costs in various places to provide more revenue7. Final Specification to be closed8. Design Optimization Costing impact9. Design review with team for Tender drawings10. Finalized Concept presentation to Leader Ship by GM11. Finalized Concept presentation to Land Owner12. Schematic drawing for Civil & MEP to be received from Consultant & Architect13. Review MEP Drawings and Design Brief Report with DPMs - MEP and GM14. GFC drawing from Architect and Consultant for Civil and MEP15. Consultant Bill Certification based on received details16. Customization, modification receipt from CRM17. Customization drawing updating based on CRM request and updated to Planning18. Customization drawing review with DPM & and GM19. GFC drawing sent to execution for start the work20. Co-ordination with Marketing team and rendering agency for Walkthrough and rendering layouts21. Customization progress checking with site team22. Sanction drawing receipt from Liaoning and co-ordination for norms updating23. Rera- Drawings (if any required)
Qualification
B.Arch.
Experience
3+ years experience in Property developers industry
