Job Title: Architect

Job Location: Chennai

Preferred Qulaification – B. Architecture

Exp – 4 – 6 years

How can you make an Impact?

 Manage design development from concept to GFC stage, ensuring seamless coordination with consultant

 Create detailed interior drawings, designs, presentations and project specifications

 Collaborate with interior consultants to develop designs for apartments, lobbies, clubs, sample flats, and sales offices etc.

 Coordinate with vendors, manage BOQs, purchase orders, and bill approvals and Resolve vendor issues and create comparison charts

 Choose materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories aligning with project requirements

 Monitor project implementation, conduct regular site visits

 Ensure adherence to Ashiana's design standards

 Act as a primary point of contact for consultants, vendors, and site teams throughout the project.

 What are we looking for?

 Total 4-6 years work experience, with min 2 years of experience in interiors designing/ interior fit out / operations /Site handling/ execution experience

 Knowledge of interior materials / Architecture practises

 Skilled in supporting and sustaining a positive work environment that fosters team performance with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.53 - ₹70,229.00 per month
