Job Title: Architect / Interior Designer – Food & Beverage (F&B)

Department: Projects / Design
Reports To: Head – Projects / Business Head
Location: Goregoan HO

Job Summary:

The Architect / Interior Designer – F&B will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing restaurant interiors that reflect the brand identity, enhance guest experience, and ensure functionality. This role involves working closely with project teams, vendors, and contractors to deliver high-quality designs within budget and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and develop creative interior design ideas for new and existing F&B outlets aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Prepare layout plans, 3D renders, material boards, and detailed drawings for restaurant spaces.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and brand teams to ensure design consistency and functionality.
  • Conduct site visits for measurements, supervision, and quality checks during project execution.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for project deliverables.
  • Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and material specifications.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and local compliance standards in design and construction.
  • Optimize space utilization while maintaining aesthetics and operational flow.
  • Research and propose innovative materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes suited for F&B environments.
  • Assist in rebranding or renovation projects by improving existing outlet layouts and ambience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Interior Design or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in commercial or hospitality interior design, preferably in restaurants, cafés, or hotels.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and MS Office.
  • Strong understanding of F&B operational layouts (kitchen, dining flow, service area).
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Eye for detail, creativity, and understanding of current design trends.

Pay: ₹41,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
