Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect located in Gurugram. The Architect will be responsible for designing and planning building structures, integrating sustainable practices into projects, and managing project timelines. Daily tasks include collaborating with clients, producing detailed drawings, liaising with construction professionals, and ensuring all projects comply with regulatory standards. The role also involves conducting site analyses and overseeing project progress to ensure design objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience in Project Management and the ability to oversee project timelines
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration in architectural projects
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
