As a Salesforce Business Analyst / Consultant, you play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation on the Salesforce platform. You collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure successful system delivery. This role combines business process understanding with Salesforce product expertise to enhance organizational efficiency and drive digital transformation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder discussions, workshops, and interviews. - Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation and Salesforce-driven improvements. - Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Collaborate closely with Salesforce administrators, developers, and architects to design scalable and effective solutions. - Create, present, and maintain documentation, ensuring stakeholder feedback and formal sign-off. - Support system testing by preparing test cases, conducting test reviews, and coordinating UAT. - Deliver user training, create training materials, and drive Salesforce adoption across teams. - Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables. - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements. - Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to advise on continuous improvement strategies. **Must Have Skills:** - 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Consultant. - Strong understanding of Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. - Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. - Experience in creating process maps, user stories, functional specs, and system documentation. - Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, capabilities, and data model. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. - Experience in supporting testing processes, including test case design and UAT coordination. - Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking with a focus on scalable, best-practice solutions. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and iterative delivery processes. **Educational Qualification:** - Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. **Certifications (Mandatory):** - Salesforce Certified Business Analyst - Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) As an individual in this role, you are expected to have strong business acumen with a passion for technology-driven solutions.
