Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati for an Architect. The Architect will collaborate on client projects to conceptualize, design, and implement innovative architectural solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating architectural designs, overseeing project lifecycles, integrating functional and aesthetic elements, and managing project timelines. The Architect will be expected to work closely with stakeholders to ensure that all projects meet design and functionality criteria while adhering to deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications

Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
Familiarity with Software Development and System Integration as they relate to architecture
Strong Project Management skills to oversee and ensure timely delivery of projects
Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; professional licensure is a plus
Proficiency in architectural software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and engage with diverse stakeholders
Previous experience in designing or managing projects in urban or residential spaces is an advantage
