Job Description

Design and Planning: Develop architectural plans for new buildings, extensions, renovations, and restorations. Client Communication: Meet with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and requirements. Technical Expertise: Create detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using CAD software and other tools. Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Collaboration: Work with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution. Site Visits: Inspect construction sites to monitor progress and ensure adherence to architectural plans. Compliance: Ensure that projects comply with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Feasibility Studies: Conduct research and compile reports on feasibility, environmental impact, and other relevant aspects of projects. Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the design or construction process.
