Qualifications

Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
2+ years of experience (mandatory)
Proficiency in
SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3Ds Max
(Revit/Lumion/Photoshop is a plus)
Solid experience in
estimations, BOQ preparation, costing, and tender documentation
Strong understanding of government rules, regulations, and compliance requirements
Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation workflows
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with contractors, site teams, and government officials
Strong problem-solving ability and high attention to detail
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
Experience with sustainable/institutional public-sector projects is an added advantage
