Job Description: Architect Designer (AutoCAD Expert) Location: Borivali Position: Full-Time Architect Designer Experience: 2+ Years Salary: Upto 4.8 LPA About Us: Job Responsibilities: * Architectural Design: Design and develop architectural plans for various projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and local building codes. * AutoCAD Drafting: Use AutoCAD to create precise and detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and layouts. * Project Management: Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring designs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. * Collaboration: Work closely with clients, contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure all design and construction aspects align with the project vision and specifications. * Site Analysis : Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for design, including measuring spaces and assessing potential challenges. * 3D Visualization: Develop 3D models and renderings for project presentations and client reviews. * Code Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local zoning laws, building codes, and other relevant regulations. * Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation, including design drawings, construction documents, and technical specifications. * Quality Control: Review plans and designs to ensure accuracy and feasibility before implementation. Qualifications: * Minimum 2+ years of experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on AutoCAD. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.). * Strong understanding of architectural design principles, materials, and building codes. * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. * Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawings and designs. * Good communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. * A portfolio showcasing previous design projects and AutoCAD work is required. Preferred Skills: * Experience in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max). * Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software, particularly Revit. * Knowledge of sustainability and energy-efficient design practices. * Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
