Architect Designer

As an Architect Designer at Epoch Living - Shrish Life Style, your role involves utilizing your excellent creative thinking skills to create designs through conversations with the team or clients. You will visit sites to gather ideas, measurements, and conduct inspections. Proficiency in Autocad, SketchUp, Rendering, Excel, and presentation is essential for this role. Your responsibilities include understanding project requirements, creating drafts, models, and prototypes, as well as providing accurate, detailed, and to scale drawings. Additionally, you will be preparing costing estimations using Excel, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be able to work both independently and collaboratively, handle stressful situations, and meet strict deadlines. Qualifications required for this position include a degree in Architecture or Interior Design with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Candidates from a Modular kitchen or Interior background are preferred. You should have 2-3 years of work experience as an Architect/Designer or in a similar role, along with proficiency in Autocad, SketchUp, rendering, Excel, and presentation. Experience in Lumion and certification in Autocad, SketchUp, rendering would be advantageous. Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills are also essential for this role.
