We are hiring Architect for a leading Commercial Interior Contractor Firm

Role

We are looking to hire an Architect with 3-5 years of experience for a commercial interior contractor firm, here are the key aspects of the role:Key Responsibilities
  • *Design and Planning*: Develop interior architectural designs for commercial spaces focusing on functionality and aesthetics.
  • *Client Collaboration*: Work closely with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget.
  • *Project Management*: Oversee projects from concept to completion, managing timelines and budgets.
  • *Coordination*: Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers for integrated design delivery.
  • *Compliance*: Ensure designs meet building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
  • *Documentation*: Prepare detailed drawings, specifications using software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp.

Requirements

  • *Experience*: 3-5 years in architectural design, preferably in commercial interior architecture.
  • *Education*: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
  • *Skills*: Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp), strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • *Software Proficiency*: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.
