Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 10 to 13 years of experience specializing in Drupal to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will design and implement innovative solutions that align with our companys goals and enhance our digital presence. This role requires a deep understanding of Drupal and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable and robust Drupal-based solutions that meet business requirements and enhance user experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with project goals.

Oversee the architecture and design of complex web applications ensuring high performance and security standards.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Ensure the integration of Drupal solutions with existing systems optimizing for efficiency and reliability.

Conduct code reviews and implement best practices to maintain high-quality code standards.

Lead the development of technical documentation ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.

Stay updated with the latest Drupal developments and industry trends applying new knowledge to improve solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables ensuring timely and successful project completion.

Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance our digital offerings.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations maintaining the integrity of our digital assets.

Contribute to the strategic planning of IT infrastructure aligning with organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Drupal development with proven experience in designing and implementing complex solutions.

Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

Exhibit strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Have a deep understanding of web application architecture and design principles.

Show proficiency in integrating Drupal with other systems and technologies.

Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.

Experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers is highly desirable.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.

Experience in developing technical documentation and user guides.

A bachelors degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.
