Junior Architect – Design & Execution Team (Full-Time)

proactive and skilled Junior Architect

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Design & Documentation

Create detailed drawings, presentations, and technical documentation using
SketchUp
and
AutoCAD
(proficiency in both required).

🔹 Technical Detailing

Develop accurate construction details and ensure buildability across all project stages.

🔹 Site & Execution Coordination

Act as a communication bridge between the design team and site/execution agencies (contractors, vendors).
Clarify details, resolve site-related queries, and safeguard the design intent.

🔹 Client Interaction

Present design concepts, gather feedback, and ensure expectations are aligned throughout the project timeline.

🔹 Material Knowledge

Apply good understanding of construction materials and systems while specifying products based on performance, cost, and aesthetics.

🔹 Team Collaboration

Work effectively with team members to support project workflow and maintain a positive studio environment.

Compensation

Salary Range:
₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
