Role Overview:

creative Architect (3–5 yrs experience)

Responsibilities:

Assist in
design development, construction drawings, and working drawings
.
Support
prefab and modular design systems
using natural materials.
Coordinate with
landscape, structural, Kitchen, Lighting and MEP teams
.
Conduct
material research
and propose sustainable solutions.
Participate in the
site
to monitor execution and quality.

Requirements:

B.Arch / M.Arch degree.
3–5 years of experience, preferably in
hospitality and prefab structures
.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD 2D/3D, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max / V-Ray, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite
; BIM knowledge is a plus.
Passion for
sustainable architecture and eco-friendly design
.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
