Job Title: Architect (3–5 Years’ Experience) Location: Kumta, Uttara Kannada, Karnataka, India About Us: We are redefining Responsible Tourism in the Aghanashini ecosphere - a Ramsar-designated wetland. Our projects focus on sustainable, nature-immersive, and low-impact architecture , using timber, bamboo, natural stone, and other local materials. Role Overview: We are looking for a creative Architect (3–5 yrs experience) to assist in designing and executing prefabricated wooden cabins, service blocks, and resort facilities . You will work closely with the design team and site teams to ensure quality, sustainability, and seamless integration with landscape, Lighting and MEP systems. Responsibilities: Assist in design development, construction drawings, and working drawings . Support prefab and modular design systems using natural materials. Coordinate with landscape, structural, Kitchen, Lighting and MEP teams . Conduct material research and propose sustainable solutions. Participate in the site to monitor execution and quality. Requirements: B.Arch / M.Arch degree. 3–5 years of experience, preferably in hospitality and prefab structures . Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max / V-Ray, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite ; BIM knowledge is a plus. Passion for sustainable architecture and eco-friendly design .
