Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect and Interior Designer located in Lucknow. The Architect and Interior Designer will be responsible for layout planning, space design, and project management for both residential and commercial projects. Additional duties include sourcing materials, supervising construction work, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and maintaining constant communication with clients to reflect their vision and lifestyle in each project.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architecture and interior design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit)
• Strong layout planning and project management skills
• Experience in sourcing materials and supervising construction work
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret and realize clients' visions
• A keen eye for detail and design aesthetics
• Relevant degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• Experience in both residential and commercial projects is a plus
• Professional certification or membership in a relevant design organization is beneficial
