Architect

About Us:

AGDC Architects is a design firm that provides practical architectural solutions for commercial, residential, and institutional projects. We are growing our team and looking for both Junior and Senior Architects to add to our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities (for both roles):

- Develop architectural concepts, plans, and detailed drawings.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to meet project needs.

- Prepare working drawings, BOQs, and presentation materials.

- Conduct site visits to check quality and progress.

- Work closely with the design team from concept to execution.

Additional Responsibilities for Senior Architect:

- Lead design teams and manage several projects at once.

- Maintain client relationships and ensure projects are completed on time.

- Offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements:

For Junior Architect:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

- 0–2 years of professional experience.

- Skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and Lumion (knowledge of Revit is a plus).

- Strong design sense and willingness to learn.

For Senior Architect:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

- 3+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.

- Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and Lumion.

- Demonstrated leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Salary: Based on experience and role.
