Role Overview

Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand and translate their needs into design solutions.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and specification schedules.
• Create 3D visualizations to effectively communicate design intent.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants, and contractors for seamless execution.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and construction practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of materials, and construction practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and multitasking skills.
• Team player with a detail-oriented approach.
