Job Title: Architect (3+ Years Experience) – Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and stakeholder presentations.
• Coordinate with various service teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Prepare GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and technical documentation.
• Conduct site visits for construction oversight.
• Produce detailed working drawings for site execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in architectural design and construction.
• Strong creative, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and V-Ray.

• Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and manage deliverables independently.
• Keen interest in cross-functional collaboration and staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
• Willingness to explore and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and workflow.
• Familiarity with local byelaws and construction regulations.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: INR 3.6L to 5.20L per annum (based on experience).
