Architect

Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of residential, commercial, or industrial buildings and spaces. The Architect will work closely with clients, consultants, and construction teams to bring innovative and practical design solutions to life while adhering to project timelines, budgets, and regulations. Key Responsibilities Develop architectural concepts and translate them into detailed designs and working drawings. Prepare and present design proposals, including 3D models, renderings, and technical documentation. Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and other professionals. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design, specifications, and safety standards. Prepare municipal submission drawings and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Assist clients in understanding design concepts and guide them through the planning and construction process. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and design standards. Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and sustainability practices.
