Job Description

Prepare architectural concepts, sketches, drawings, and 3D models.
Develop detailed blueprints and construction documents using CAD/BIM software.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
Coordinate with engineers (structural, MEP) and consultants to integrate technical aspects.
Prepare project estimates, material specifications, and timelines.
Review and approve contractor/shop drawings during construction.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design.
Suggest innovative and sustainable design solutions.
Manage project documentation, approvals, and stakeholder communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
