Work from Home + Site Visits (Nashik & Igatpuri) with travel allowance
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 am – 07:00 pm

About the Role

line planning, 2D drafting, and 3D modeling

Key Responsibilities

Prepare
architectural plans, layouts, elevations, and working drawings
Develop
line plans, 2D/3D models, and visual presentations
Conduct
site analysis and feasibility checks
Collaborate with civil/structural teams for design accuracy
Ensure compliance with
building codes, safety standards, and local regulations
Provide design support during project execution

Requirements

Minimum
2 years of experience
in architecture (residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects)
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent tools
Strong skills in
line planning, drafting, and 3D visualization
Good understanding of building design, spatial planning, and technical detailing
Willingness for
site visits
as per project needs (Nashik & Igatpuri)
Must have a
personal laptop/computer
with a stable internet connection
Degree/Diploma in Architecture or a related field
