Job Description

Role Overview: You must have 7+ years of hands-on development experience in Archer to be considered for the role of Archer IRM Developer. As an Archer Developer, Senior Associate, you will be responsible for designing and developing Archer solutions based on business requirements. This role allows for a hybrid work model, enabling you to work from home and the office as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop Archer solutions using both core and custom applications - Implement Archer solutions following SDLC methodologies and leveraging Archer packaging capabilities - Create Archer data integration feeds to/from other systems - Collaborate with Architecture and Infrastructure teams to enhance the Archer Platform and identify technical opportunities for improvement - Adhere to State Street policies for change management, project governance, and software configuration management - Resolve technology requirements and challenges in a consistent and timely manner - Troubleshoot complex Archer configuration issues Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of Archer's out-of-the-box solution offerings - Experience with configuring access control, record permissions, events, and notifications in Archer - Expertise in creating fields, reports, iViews, and dashboards in Archer - Proficiency in working with data feeds configuration, relational databases (e.g., Oracle/SQL Server), and Archer version 6.13 or later - Experience with moving configurations in line with SDLC methodologies using Archer packaging, APIs, and XML/XSLT - Excellent communication skills Education & Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field - 7+ years of relevant software development experience Additional Details: It is beneficial to have the following skills for this role: - Understanding of system design and architecture concepts, including service-oriented architecture - Experience with version control using GITHUB, JIRA, and other Dev Tools - Proficiency with Reporting Tools such as Tableau and Power BI - Familiarity with Autosys, Batch, and Perl Scripts Company Details: State Street, a global financial services company, values diversity and innovation in its employees.
