Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹30,000

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Game Zone Manager to lead the operations at Funplex, Agra. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in managing arcade/game zones, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Game Zone.

• Supervise, schedule, and train staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.

• Monitor the functionality and maintenance of all arcade machines and equipment.

• Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations with professionalism.

• Drive revenue growth while managing operational costs and budgets.

• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards across the zone.

• Implement promotions, events, and engagement activities to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing an Arcade/Game Zone or a similar entertainment center.

• Strong team management, leadership, and customer service skills.

• Ability to handle operations, revenue targets, and staff performance.

• Passion for gaming/entertainment industry will be an added advantage.
