We are seeking a highly experienced Remote Arbitration & ADR professional to join our team specializing in BPO and website issues within the fintech and medtech industries. This role will be pivotal in managing arbitration processes and facilitating effective dispute resolution, ensuring compliance with legal standards and fostering positive relationships among all parties involved.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes for BPO and website issues in the fintech and medtech sectors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for dispute resolution, ensuring timely and effective communication with all parties involved.
  • Develop and implement arbitration strategies and protocols to streamline dispute resolution processes.
  • Conduct thorough research on legal and regulatory requirements related to arbitration in the fintech and medtech industries.
  • Draft and review arbitration agreements and related documentation to ensure compliance and clarity.
  • Facilitate mediation sessions and provide guidance to parties in reaching mutually agreeable solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of arbitration cases and outcomes, and prepare reports for management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in laws affecting arbitration and dispute resolution.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications in arbitration or mediation is a plus.
  • 10-20 years of experience in arbitration, dispute resolution, or legal practice, preferably within the fintech or medtech sectors.
  • Strong understanding of arbitration laws and regulations in India and internationally.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to mediate discussions effectively.
  • Proficient in legal research and documentation, with strong analytical skills to assess cases and develop strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Familiarity with technology and digital platforms used in arbitration and dispute resolution processes.
