Job Position - Arabic Speaking Agent - Travel Background Experience Required: 2-5 Years Job Type - Full time Location - Hyderabad, India Work Mode: - Work From Office Overview We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals who are fluent in Arabic to join our customer support team. As an Arabic-speaking Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and assisting customers with various travel-related services, including waivers, schedule changes, ticket management, and general support. Role and Responsibilities β Handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously. β Assist customers with waivers, schedule changes, issuing, voiding, reissuing, and refunding tickets. β Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic communication in Arabic. β Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction. β Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and travel services. β Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records of customer communications. β Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective solutions Desired Skills Required Skills & Qualifications: β Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory. β Proficiency in English is a plus. β Previous experience in customer service or a travel industry role is preferred. β Strong communication and problem-solving skills. β Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. β Comfortable using ticketing and CRM systems β Experience in airline, travel, or ticketing services. β Knowledge of GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is an advantage Working Days 5 working days per week Rotational weekly offs Show more Show less
