Arabic Interpreter

In this role, you will be responsible for approaching and engaging hospitals and healthcare providers to join the insurance network. You will present the value proposition and guide them through the onboarding process. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the end-to-end empanelment process, which involves collecting, reviewing, and completing all necessary documentation and agreements in adherence to company and regulatory standards. - Collaborating with internal teams such as business development, Operations, and Finance to ensure organizational goals are met and to facilitate a smooth provider onboarding experience. - Monitoring provider performance and assisting in implementing improvement initiatives when necessary. - Preparing and submitting regular reports on network expansion, contract status, and provider engagement. For this position, the qualifications required include excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, attention to detail, and knowledge of regulatory standards in the healthcare industry.
