Job Description

Approach and engage hospitals and healthcare providers for empanelment in the insurance network, presenting the value proposition and onboarding process. Lead the end to end empanelment process, including collecting, reviewing and completing all required documentation and agreements in line with company and regulatory standards. Collaborate with internal teams, including business development, Operations and Finance to support organizational goals and smooth provider onboarding. Monitor provider performance and assist in implementing improvement initiatives as needed. Prepare and submit regular reports on network expansion, contract status and provider engagement.
