Accounts Receivable

Experience:

Job Summary:

Accounts Receivable Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end
Accounts Receivable (AR)
process including invoice generation, collections, and customer reconciliations.
Post and allocate payments in
SAP
and ensure accurate ledger maintenance.
Monitor customer accounts to identify outstanding debts and follow up on overdue payments.
Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies or billing issues.
Generate AR aging reports and assist with month-end/year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Customer Service) to resolve invoice/payment queries.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements.
Prepare MIS reports and assist in forecasting receivables.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
4+ years of relevant experience
in Accounts Receivable.
Proficient in
SAP
(preferably SAP FICO or equivalent module).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Intermediate to advanced
Excel skills
.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a shared services or multinational environment.
Knowledge of GST and other applicable tax regulations.
Familiarity with credit control and risk assessment procedures.
