Job Description

As a Senior Manager/Manager in Pricing & Promotions/Supply Chain at Genpact, you will be the primary delivery lead with deep expertise in Order to Cash, Trade Promotion, Pricing, and Supply Chain management. You will play a crucial role as an individual contributor on consulting projects, utilizing your subject matter expertise. Your responsibilities include managing large teams, mentoring, providing leadership development, and ensuring efficient and accurate post audits of deductions to identify recovery opportunities for revenue growth. Your role involves overseeing daily activities, guiding the team to identify and convert recovery opportunities, leveraging advanced methods for data analysis, and training resources for effective results. You will also perform quality checks, collaborate on a pipeline of opportunities, and communicate with clients for seamless service delivery. Additionally, you will support senior management on client presentations, expand service scope, and contribute as a subject matter expert on consulting projects. In the Pricing & Promotions domain, you will validate deductions and identify leakages in the Price Change and Trade Promotions process. In the Supply Chain domain, you will validate deductions by reviewing discrepancies in Order Management, Logistics, and non-trade deductions processes. Your qualifications should include a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field, relevant experience in Order to Cash and AR domain, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Desired skills include proficiency in ERP systems like SAP, experience in Python, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, and certifications in Project Management or Supply Chain Management. Leadership competencies such as learning agility, decision-making, challenging the status quo, and delivering outcomes with a digital mindset are essential for this role.
