AR Executive - RCM

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AR Executive - RCM located in Ahmedabad. The AR Executive will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, including AR recovery, denial management, rebilling, sending appeals, and reprocessing claims. The role also involves ensuring the accuracy of claims, following up on unpaid claims, and maintaining detailed records of AR activities. Collaborating with internal teams to optimize revenue cycle processes is also an essential part of this role.

Qualifications

• Accounts Receivable management and Denial Management skills
• Experience in Claims Scrubbing, Charge Entry, and Claims Reprocessing
• Proficiency in Payment Posting, including EOB & ERA handling
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Relevant experience in medical billing and coding is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
