Key responsibilities -

Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and reporting.

Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and reduce receivable cycles.

Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely collections and issue resolution.

Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments, and work with stakeholders to minimize outstanding receivables.

Develop and track AR-related KPIs and dashboards.

Support audits and ensure adherence to internal policies and external compliance requirements.
