AR controller

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process at TeamLease EdTech. This includes tasks such as invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and reporting. Your role will involve identifying inefficiencies within the process and implementing improvements to enhance accuracy and reduce receivable cycles. Collaboration with finance, sales, and operations teams will be essential to ensure timely collections and resolution of issues. In this position, you will also be expected to develop and track Accounts Receivable-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting audits and ensuring adherence to internal policies and external compliance requirements.
