Immediate Opening: Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller - Work From Office (WFO)

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

Make consistent follow-up calls to insurance companies regarding unpaid or underpaid claims.
Analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and Denial documents to determine the next course of action.
Document all follow-up activities accurately within the practice management system (PMS).
Work closely with medical practice to resolve complex billing issues.
Maintain high productivity standards while ensuring high accuracy in claim status updates.

What You'll Bring (Requirements):

Experience:

2–3 years
of solid, hands-on experience as an AR Caller in a US Medical Billing/RCM environment.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of payer guidelines, medical terminology, and the US healthcare revenue cycle.
Location:
Must be able to commute to and work from our
Thoraipakkam, Chennai
office location every day.
Availability:

Candidates who can join immediately
